I was just on my way out when the receptionist called and said my therapist had to reschedule.
Its annoying because another therapist did this to me a few years ago and this current therapist is always talking crap about how unprofessional that one was. I sent an email to my T but I haven't gotten a response. I've had a tough morning and I'm having a rough time in general lately because I'm going through a med with drawel and I got diagnosed with a couple medical conditions. Then I found out yesterday my favorite uncle has cancer. But idk why she didn't email me this morning or something.

She emailed me back and I could tell her badly she felt.
But whatever. She gets paid too.

she likely had a personal emergency. ive had to do that. i hated it but i HAD to leave rigth then. try to have some grace. shes human too

I'd guess it was a sudden illness or family emergency sort of thing. My former marriage counselor canceled at the last minute a few times when his wife was really sick. I found it to be really difficult as well, so I understand.
